This is only applicable if :
- Available for the show
- The ring of your breed is not full or closed
- The registrations are still open.
- The dog is in your account as owner
For some shows it's not possible to exchange a dog if your dog is entered in Minor puppy, Puppy or Veteran class
We kindly inform you that if you wish to withdraw from the upcoming show, you may be eligible for a refund of the paid amount if the withdrawal is made at least 10 days before the final deadline.
To initiate the refund process, we kindly request that you provide us with a written notification accompanied by a veterinary certificate (Valid languages: English, German, French, Dutch) confirming the dog’s inability to participate due to a medical condition.
We regret to inform you that refund requests are not possible after the 10-day prior deadline, during the extended deadline, or after the show’s closing under any circumstances.
Please note that there is an administration fee of 10€ per dog for processing the refund.
A Semi catalog will be available 5 days prior to the show, and the full catalog with all registrations will be available 2 hours before the start of the show
Statistics will appear on the page of the show from the moment the show organization decide to release them, we never can tell in advance when that will be so be sure to keep an eye on the website.
